Work with me
A gentle place to begin
Some people arrive feeling overwhelmed or reactive and wanting more steadiness.
Others come because they work with children and feel the weight of responsibility they carry.
Many simply sense something needs to change — and want to do that without force, shame, or blame.
All of our work begins in the same place:
Slowing down.
Building awareness.
Strengthening the capacity to stay connected — especially when it’s hard.
Ways we can work together
These offerings support adults who live with or work with children and want to build emotional literacy, nervous-system awareness, and steadier responses in stressful moments.
Learning & Awareness Sessions
Guided learning spaces that build awareness, deepen nervous-system understanding, and strengthen the ability to stay connected during stressful moments.
- understanding what happens in the nervous system under stress
- recognizing inherited patterns without self-blame
- learning how connection shifts behavior and outcomes
Sessions may be offered as workshops, group learning experiences, or short learning series. These can be offered for schools, parent groups, organizations, or private groups.
No prior knowledge required. Curiosity is enough.

One-on-One Support
A quieter, supportive space to slow things down and look at what’s happening in real life.
This work is not about fixing you.
It’s about building clarity, capacity, and choice where things feel tight or reactive.
Sessions are reflective, practical, and grounded in compassion.
If you’re wondering whether one-on-one support might be helpful for you, we can start with a conversation.
Organizations & Groups
Collaborative training and workshops that support adults in building relational safety, emotional awareness, and connection — especially under pressure.
I work with schools, caregiving organizations, and community groups who want to move beyond “just be professional” and toward environments where people feel safe, supported, and connected.
This work supports adults first — because regulated adults create safer environments for children.
Training and workshops are tailored to context and needs.
If you’re exploring what this kind of support could look like in your setting, we can begin with a conversation.
